Morgan Stanley raised the firm’s price target on American Healthcare REIT to $22 from $17 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares. Noting that American Healthcare had “one of the biggest FFO beats and guide raises this quarter,” the analyst raised the firm’s FY24 and FY25 FFO per share estimates and points to “increased conviction” that the company can grow FFO 5% and 10% or more in FY25 and FY26 and close the multiple gap with peers.
