Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on American Eagle (AEO) to $12 from $16 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. A modest Q4 EPS beat was “overshadowed” by Q1 and fiscal year guidance set well below expectations, says the analyst, who tells investors that the current low valuation “strikes us as fair for now.”
