European Union officials searched Amer Sports (AS) and Tecnica Group locations over concerns of possible anticompetitive behavior among ski equipment makers, the companies confirmed. Amer Sports said on Tuesday that its Austrian ski brand Atomic is subject to an investigation, adding that the company is fully cooperating with the authorities, reported Dow Jones’ Edith Hancock.
