UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri raised the firm’s price target on AMD (AMD) to $265 from $210 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. AMD and OpenAI signed a 6GW deal that is at least partially funded by AMD stock warrants that align with installation and performance metrics, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The AI trade still has legs given the sheer size of the infrastructure build over the next 3-4 years, the firm says.
