AMD price target raised to $103 from $93 at Benchmark

Benchmark analyst Cody Acree raised the firm’s price target on AMD to $103 from $93 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares after having had the opportunity to speak with Ruth Cotter, AMD’s Senior VP of Marketing, Human Resources, and Investor Relations. While the company was not expected to give specific new information after having just recently reported its Q4 earnings, Cotter was able to provide a significant amount of color on AMD’s belief in its long-term market share gains, in the Client Computing market as well as in the Data Center and Embedded processing markets, the firm tells investors.
