U.S. District Judge John Chun has ruled Amazon must face a class action lawsuit accusing the company of imposing inflated fees on third-party sellers that have been passed onto to customers, Mike Scarcella of Reuters reports, citing a recently unsealed lawsuit. Chun rejected Amazon’s defense that the plaintiffs failed to show the policy existed and instead said Amazon “has implemented certain policies and practices concerning third-party sellers that function” as such.
