BMO Capital analyst Brian Pitz raised the firm’s price target on Amazon.com (AMZN) to $280 from $265 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares after its Q4 earnings beat. AWS could have grown faster than 19% despite some supply constraints on capacity, with AI revenue again growing triple-digit from last year, the analyst tells investors in a research note. As procurement of chips, energy, and some components is alleviated in the second half of FY25, revenue should be higher, BMO added.
