Amaze files Form 12b-25 with the SEC

Amaze (AMZE) Holdings has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission related to the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Form 12b-25 will allow the Company an automatic extension of five additional calendar days from the prescribed due date to file the Form 10-Q. The extension is necessary to allow for the completion of the audit of the financial statements of Amaze Software, Inc., which the Company acquired on March 7, 2025, and to provide additional time to review the consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
