A private equity consortium led by Insight Partners and Clearlake Capital Group is in advanced talks to acquire software company Alteryx and are in discussions to pay more than $50 per share in cash for the data analytics software company, Reuters said. Alteryx has been working with an investment bank to explore a potential sale after attracting takeover interest, Reuters previously reported in September.
