Ally Financial names Russell Hutchinson as CFO, effective July 3

Ally Financial (ALLY) announced Russell Hutchinson will join the company as its CFO, effective July 3. He will report to Ally CEO Jeffrey Brown and be based in Charlotte, N.C. He most recently served as COO for global mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs Group (GS), after holding the position of chief strategy officer, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions, strategy and innovation.
