Barclays lowered the firm’s price target on Allegiant Travel to $45 from $55 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The analyst says Q2 airline results will focus on domestic demand trends, lower second half of 2024 capacity growth following unit revenue challenges this summer, continued cost inflation and idiosyncratic strategy and stakeholder actions at carriers such as Southwest, American and Spirit.
