TWU Local 577, representing 1,700 Flight Attendants working for Allegiant Airlines, announced a tentative agreement on a five-year contract that would provide wage increases ranging from 20 to 41.2% for members on the date of ratification. The tentative agreement is a product of negotiations that began in August of 2022 and would be Local 577’s second-ever contract if ratified. Flight Attendants would receive an average wage increase of 25% on the date of ratification, while flight attendants at the top of the wage scale would receive a 41.2% wage increase on the date of ratification. In addition to wage rate increases, the tentative agreement includes many wage enhancements such as improved premium pays. ” …The average estimated lump sum bonus per Flight Attendant would be slightly over $6,000 upon ratification.
