Algonquin Power announced that energy industry veteran Christopher Huskilson, a member of the Algonquin board of directors since 2020, has been appointed interim CEO, effective immediately. He succeeds Arun Banskota, who has stepped down as president and CEO and as a member of the board, effective immediately. The board has engaged a nationally recognized search firm to commence a search process to identify a permanent CEO.
