Alexandria Real Estate declares quarterly cash dividend of $1.27 per share

Alexandria Real Estate Equities announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.27 per common share for the first quarter of 2024. The dividend is payable on April 15 to shareholders of record on March 28. The common stock dividend for the 12 months ending March 31, 2024 of $5.02 per common share represents an increase of 24c, or 5%, over the 12 months ended March 31, 2023.
