Baird analyst Jeff Johnson raised the firm’s price target on Alcon (ALC) to $108 from $104 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm updated its model following its Q4 results and although not a great outlook for the first half of 2025, it is paving the way for a better second half.
