VIBES AI VIDEO FEED: In a Thursday company blog post, Meta (META) said, “Today, we’re rolling out the next iteration of the Meta AI app, including an early preview of Vibes, a new feed in the Meta AI app and on meta.ai where you can create and share short-form, AI-generated videos. Vibes is designed to make it easier to find creative inspiration and experiment with Meta AI’s media tools. As you browse, you’ll see a range of AI-generated videos from creators and communities. The feed will become more personalized over time, and if something catches your eye, you can create your own video, remix what you see, and share it with friends and followers.”

CHATGPT-LIKE APP: Apple (AAPL) has developed a ChatGPT-like iPhone app, code-named Veritas, or Latin for “truth,” to help test a long-anticipated overhaul of Siri coming next year, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. The AI division is using the app to quickly evaluate new features for Apple’s voice-powered assistant and the software is meant for internal use, at least for now, with Apple having no current plans to release it to consumers, the report said.
