Barclays analyst Mark DeVries lowered the firm’s price target on AGNC Investment to $10 from $11 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares post the Q1 results. The mortgage backed securities environment deteriorated in the second half of Q1 and remains challenging so far in April, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says weak conditions could continue for the foreseeable future.
