Private equity firm Advent International, the majority owner of CCC Intelligent Solutions, previously was said to have begun a search into a sale of the provider of software to the car insurance industry in September, but Advent’s exploration of a sale has been pulled, three sources familiar told Dealreporter’s Diane Alter, contacts tell The Fly.
