UBS lowered the firm’s price target on Adobe to $550 from $560 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The after-market weakness in Adobe shares stems from legitimate concern with the Q4 net new annual recurring revenue as well as revenue guidance, and while the print was “hardly a disaster,” positioning was arguably more crowded than the firm thought, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
