In a regulatory filing, AdaptHealth disclosed that it informed Shaw Rietkerk of its intention to transition him to a new position as the company’s Chief Business Officer, by the end of September, 2024, following which Rietkerk will no longer serve as the company’s COO. The company and Rietkerk are currently negotiating the terms of the transition.
