Acuren (TIC) announced that it will rebrand as TIC Solutions, following its recent merger with NV5. The new corporate identity unifies the combined enterprise, while Acuren, NV5 and other legacy brands will continue to operate as customer-facing brands. The name change will be effective October 10, 2025. The stock will continue trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TIC.”
