Accenture to acquire Camelot Management Consultants, terms undisclosed

Accenture has agreed to acquire Camelot Management Consultants, an international SAP-focused management and technology consulting firm from Germany, with specific strengths in supply chain, data and analytics. The acquisition will enhance Accenture’s SAP and AI-driven supply chain capabilities. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
