BMO Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Accenture (ACN) to $270 from $325 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. Accenture reported solid bookings growth, and FY26 revenue guide was in line with expectations, but sentiment in IT services remains negative given ongoing concerns for potential generative AI headwinds, and Accenture’s performance and outlook are unlikely to change the narrative, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The 2026 IT services spend will likely also remain tepid, and potential headwinds of AI will grow as capabilities improve, the firm added.
