Academy Sports and Outdoors will open two locations in Central Texas this fall in Brenham and Kyle, Texas. The Brenham store will stand at over 63,000 square feet, and the Kyle store will be approximately 56,000 square feet. Academy is on track to open 13 – 15 stores this year, with the goal of opening a total of 120 to 140 new stores by the end of 2027.
