3M (MMM) announced that Carrie Cox, a health care industry veteran, will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the independent Health Care company. Cox currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Organon (OGN), and on the Boards of Directors of Cardinal Health (CAH), Selecta BioSciences (SELB), and Texas Instruments (TXN).
