Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) has adjusted its prices in the U.S. for the fourth time this year for a version of its Model 3 sedan and Model Y crossover. While the price of the EV major‘s Model Y performance crossover was upped by $1,000 to $58,990, the rear-wheel drive Model 3 sedan is now cheaper by another $500 at $42,990. The rear-wheel drive Model 3 sedan is Tesla’s cheapest model.

Even with the price raise of the company’s Model Y performance crossover, it is still around 16% cheaper than in early January. This price adjustment comes just after TSLA raised the prices of its Model Y with the Long Range version earlier this month.
Analysts are cautiously optimistic about TSLA stock with a Moderate Buy consensus rating based on 21 Buys, six Holds, and three Sells.
