Susan M. Ward, with a notable background including senior executive roles at Shell and experience in the energy sector’s financial and commercial arenas, was appointed as a director to the Matador Resources Company’s Board on January 24, 2024. Ms. Ward, also serving on Crescent Midstream’s Board since July 2023, will hold her director position at Matador Resources until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. She will serve on several committees, receive compensation as per the non-employee director program, and has been deemed an independent audit committee financial expert by the Board.
