Steven R. Becker has been appointed as an independent Class I director on the Board of Directors for Sportsman’s Warehouse Holdings, Inc., with his term effective immediately and continuing until the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders. Becker brings extensive experience from various leadership and board roles in companies like Tuesday Morning Corp. and has served on the boards of several other public companies across diverse industries. His background in investment management and executive leadership in the retail sector is particularly valued by the Company. Along with his directorship, Becker will receive standard non-employee director compensation and has entered into an indemnification agreement with the Company. There are no undisclosed arrangements influencing his appointment, nor does he have material interests in any transactions that would require disclosure.
