David Hynes has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors that highlight Braze’s strong market position and growth potential. Firstly, Braze’s platform is uniquely positioned in the market due to its ability to collect and interpret digital consumer interactions in real-time, which enhances personalized engagement and improves conversion and retention rates. The recent product announcements, including the AI Decisioning Studio and AI Agents, are expected to drive better business outcomes and return on investment, supporting Braze’s potential for market share gains.
Moreover, the company appears to have stabilized its organic subscription growth, maintaining a 20%+ growth profile, which is promising as new products are introduced. Despite broader market challenges, such as the introduction of workplace apps by OpenAI, Hynes believes that enterprise buyers will continue to value the trust, security, and domain expertise offered by Braze. The stock is currently trading at a discounted valuation relative to its growth potential, making it an attractive buy for investors.

In another report released today, Barclays also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $39.00 price target.

Based on the recent corporate insider activity of 90 insiders, corporate insider sentiment is negative on the stock. This means that over the past quarter there has been an increase of insiders selling their shares of BRZE in relation to earlier this year.
