Contentstack Wins TIME as Flagship Client for Agentic Experience Platform

New updates have been reported about Contentstack.

Contentstack has secured TIME as a marquee customer for its Agentic Experience Platform, underscoring the company’s strategic push into complex, enterprise-scale digital publishing. TIME has migrated its core digital content operations onto Contentstack’s API-first architecture, giving technical teams flexible integration capabilities while providing editorial staff with workflows designed for real-world content creation and rapid publishing. The deployment is already reducing operational friction by cutting routine dependence on engineering for everyday site updates and enabling faster rollout of new audience-facing features.

On top of the workflow gains, TIME is using Contentstack to launch registration-driven personalization, TIME Games, new newsletters, and upgraded video experiences, showcasing the platform’s ability to support diversified digital products and data-rich engagement strategies. Contentstack CEO and founder Neha Sampat positioned the TIME migration as a model for disciplined AI adoption, emphasizing the need to first modernize content and data foundations before layering advanced, autonomous AI orchestration. The implementation highlights the full stack of Contentstack’s Agentic Experience Platform—Content Cloud for structured content and governance, Data Cloud for real-time customer data and omnichannel personalization, and Agent OS for AI-driven experience automation—which is increasingly critical as enterprises seek to unify fragmented CMS, data, and AI tooling. TIME’s Michael Mraz will detail the company’s content and AI roadmap at ContentCon later this year, giving Contentstack a high-profile showcase to influence peers in media and adjacent industries, strengthen its brand as a next-generation experience platform, and potentially drive additional enterprise adoption and long-term growth.
