Contentstack landed TIME as a flagship client for its Agentic Experience Platform, marking a significant enterprise win in digital publishing. TIME has migrated its core digital content operations to Contentstack’s API-first architecture, aiming to streamline integrations and modernize its publishing workflows.
The shift reduces TIME’s dependence on engineering teams for routine site updates and accelerates deployment of new audience-facing features. Newsroom staff gain tools designed for real-world content creation and rapid publishing, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
Using Contentstack, TIME has already rolled out registration-driven personalization, launched TIME Games, expanded its newsletters, and upgraded video experiences. These moves position Contentstack at the center of TIME’s next phase of digital growth and diversified digital product strategy.
The implementation showcases the full stack of Contentstack’s Agentic Experience Platform, including Content Cloud for structured content management and governance. It also highlights Data Cloud for real-time customer data and omnichannel personalization, alongside Agent OS for AI-driven experience automation.
Contentstack CEO Neha Sampat emphasized that the deal reflects a broader shift from experimental AI use toward building strong content and data foundations first. TIME is using the platform to secure near-term efficiency gains while preparing for more advanced autonomous AI orchestration over time.
TIME executive Michael Mraz is expected to present the company’s content and AI roadmap at ContentCon later this year. The high-profile implementation could enhance Contentstack’s credibility in media and adjacent industries, supporting further enterprise adoption and reinforcing its position as a next-generation experience platform.
