Bansk Group Raises Continuation Fund to Extend Arcadia Consumer Healthcare Investment and Fuel Growth

New updates have been reported about Bansk Group.

Bansk Group has closed a continuation fund transaction to maintain and expand its ownership in Arcadia Consumer Healthcare, reinforcing consumer health as a core pillar of its investment strategy and creating a new capital base to fund Arcadia’s next phase of growth. The deal, co-led by Coller Capital and Ares Secondaries Funds with participation from BlackRock, Churchill, Dextra Partners, Future Standard and others, provides liquidity to existing Bansk investors while allowing key limited partners to roll their interests forward, signaling strong confidence in both Bansk’s stewardship and Arcadia’s performance trajectory. By recapitalizing the asset through a continuation vehicle rather than a full exit, Bansk preserves control of a key platform in over-the-counter medicines and premium vitamins and supplements, while positioning the business for further organic initiatives and bolt-on acquisitions.

Bansk first invested in Arcadia in 2021 and has since driven a combination of organic growth programs and two significant acquisitions, building a portfolio that includes CloSYS, Colace, Senokot and Nizoral, among other consumer health brands. Senior Partner Chris Kelly framed Arcadia’s progress as a demonstration of Bansk’s operating playbook: scaling consumer brands with disciplined investment, innovation and consumer focus, while Chairman Bart Becht highlighted that the transaction balanced investor liquidity needs with continued exposure to Arcadia’s upside. The new capital is expected to accelerate Arcadia’s product innovation, category expansion and distribution reach, which in turn supports Bansk’s broader strategy in consumer health and enhances the growth and return profile of its assets under management, now over $5 billion. With a seasoned track record of more than $30 billion of equity deployed across 40-plus consumer deals, Bansk is using this continuation fund structure to lock in a longer time horizon for value creation at Arcadia and to reinforce its reputation in the secondary and continuation fund market as a sponsor capable of generating ongoing growth in mature, scaled consumer platforms.
