Shares of digital transactions provider PayPal Holdings (NASDAQ:PYPL) are on the rise today after Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) enabled checkout with Venmo for its U.S. shoppers.
The move adds to the choice of checkout experience for customers while offering Venmo users one more stop for their holiday shopping.
The option will be available in the U.S. by Black Friday. PayPal shares have gained about 5.5% today on the announcement.
