McCormick (MKC) stock was on the move Tuesday after the spices and seasonings company posted its Q3 2025 earnings report. This report began with adjusted earnings per share of 85 cents, which surpassed Wall Street’s estimate of 81 cents for the quarter. It was also up 2.4% year-over-year compared to 83 cents per share.

McCormick reported revenue of $1.72 billion during the quarter, which came in above analysts’ estimate of $1.71 billion. It also represented a 3% increase year-over-year from $1.68 billion. The company noted a 1% favorable impact from currency and an organic net sales jump of 2% powered by volume of more than 1% and price of 1%. It also pointed out a 4% rise in consumer segment revenue and 1% growth in flavor segment revenue.

McCormick stock was down 0.04% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, following a 0.9% dip yesterday. The shares have fallen 9.36% year-to-date and 14.24% over the past 12 months. Chairman, President, and CEO Brendan Foley noted that tariffs and inflation continue to be headwinds for the company.

McCormick Guidance

McCormick provided investors with a guidance update in its most recent earnings report. It now expects adjusted EPS for 2025 to range from $3 to $3.05 compared to its previous guidance of $3.03 to $3.08. For comparison, Wall Street expects adjusted EPS of $3.04 for 2025.
