Five Below (FIVE) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 24, 2024, Five Below, Inc. elected Karen Bowman as a Class I director effective immediately, to serve until their 2024 annual shareholders meeting where she is expected to be nominated for reelection. The Board considers her an independent director according to SEC and Nasdaq standards. She received an initial award of 338 restricted stock units which will vest at the next annual meeting, conditional on her continued service. Ms. Bowman has also entered into the company’s standard indemnification agreement and has no undisclosed personal transactions requiring regulation S-K disclosure.
