Despite a challenging macro environment and even as other sectors are undertaking mega job cuts, EV makers seem to be in the spotlight for the right reasons (not always though).
Tesla (TSLA) is finally set to deliver the first semi-truck today. The development comes after years of waiting. The semi-truck was first unveiled in 2017.
At the same time, the company is also fixing a glitch in about 435,000 vehicles in China via a software update.
Mullen Automotive (MULN) is up nearly 12% today after the company closed its $105 million acquisition of Electric Last Mile Solutions.
Finally, XPeng (XPEV) is down nearly 9.3% after its vehicle deliveries in November came in nearly 63% lower as compared to the year-ago period.
