CPI Card Group Inc (PMTS) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
John Lowe has been appointed as the President and CEO of CPI Card Group Inc., effective January 25, 2024, succeeding the retiring Scott Scheirman. Lowe, who has been with the company since 2018 and served in various senior positions including CFO, will also join the Board of Directors. In conjunction with his new role, Lowe entered an employment and non-competition agreement with the company, which includes a base salary, bonus eligibility, long-term incentives, and severance arrangements. Additionally, Lane Dubin, the EVP and Chief Development and Digital Officer, will leave the company on June 30, 2024, with a planned severance agreement.
