Kelly Steckelberg has decided to step down as the CFO of her company, with no disagreements prompting the move. The company has already begun searching for her replacement. Steckelberg will remain in her role until the company’s earnings report for the quarter ending October 31, 2024, even working part-time from October 10. During this transition, she will maintain her full-time salary and benefits, and her equity awards will continue to vest as scheduled.
