Zijin Mining Group Co. has announced arrangements for the distribution of its interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026 to holders of its H shares listed in Hong Kong. The company will close the register of H shareholders from 27 July to 4 August 2026, with investors whose names appear on the register on 4 August designated as the record holders eligible to receive the interim payout.

The timetable sets 22 July as the last cum-dividend trading day and 23 July as the first ex-dividend day for H shares, with dividend cheques scheduled for dispatch on 21 August, though dates remain indicative and subject to change.
