Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC has announced the appointment of William Hemmings as an independent, non-executive Director, effective from 1 October 2024. Hemmings brings a wealth of experience from the investment trust sector, notably his former roles at abrdn and his directorship at Primary Health Properties Plc. He will join the Company’s Audit & Risk, Nominations, and Management Engagement & Remuneration Committees, with his election to be proposed at the next Annual General Meeting.
