Workday (WDAY) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
Workday, Inc. has implemented its succession plan with Aneel Bhusri becoming Executive Chair and Carl Eschenbach taking over as the sole Chief Executive Officer, both effective February 1, 2024. Bhusri will continue to guide Workday’s innovation and strategic direction while advising Eschenbach and the executive team without changes to their compensation. Additionally, James Bozzini will step down as Chief Operating Officer to assume the role of Executive Director of Enterprise Transformation post-transition, with his previous duties being redistributed within Workday’s management. No new Chief Operating Officer will be appointed at this time.
