Woolworths Group Ltd has announced the vesting of Non-Executive Directors’ (NED) Share Rights, resulting in the conversion of salary sacrificed shares into ordinary company shares. This periodic vesting event, occurring twice yearly, has affected the shareholdings of directors Holly Kramer, Tracey Fellows, and Warwick Bray.
