Wise Group plc reported strong first-quarter fiscal 2027 performance, underscoring continued momentum in its cross-border payments business and everyday money services. Active customers rose 21% year on year to 11.9 million, while cross-border volumes climbed 26% to $69.3 billion and customer holdings jumped 31% to $41.2 billion, reflecting growing trust in the platform for daily financial use.

Net revenue increased 25% to $714 million, driven by a 27% rise in transaction revenue, even as the cross-border take rate edged down by 2 basis points to 0.50% as Wise invested operating leverage into lower prices to reinforce its competitive position. The share of instant transfers reached 77%, highlighting ongoing improvements in speed, and management reiterated guidance for mid-teens net revenue growth and a pre-tax margin around the top of its 20–25% target range, while expanding services in Latin America with new capabilities for customers in Chile.
