Wise PLC Class A ( (WSE) ) has issued an announcement.

Wise Group plc reported strong operational and financial performance for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, highlighting rapid growth in cross-border volumes, customer numbers and balances held on its platform. The company expanded its global payment infrastructure by integrating with instant payment systems in Japan and Brazil, securing more than 80 licenses worldwide and deepening direct connections that have lifted instant transfers to 75% and cut transaction costs, while also broadening its Wise Account and Wise Business offerings and rolling out asset and return-earning products in 35 countries.

During FY26 Wise accelerated customer acquisition through increased marketing campaigns in North America and the U.K., invested heavily in technology and AI to boost engineering productivity and automate nearly half of customer chat interactions, and continued to scale its Wise Platform partnerships with major banks such as UniCredit, Raiffeisen and Capitec. On 11 May 2026 Wise moved its primary listing to Nasdaq while retaining a secondary listing in London, a step the company says will raise its profile in the U.S. market and support its long-term strategy to build a global network for money and capture a larger share of the $43 trillion cross-border payments market.
