Wickes Group Plc (GB:WIX) has released an update.
Wickes Group Plc has actively returned value to shareholders by purchasing and subsequently planning to cancel 152,855 of its own shares at prices ranging from 151.0 to 153.6 pence each. This buyback is part of a larger ongoing program, which has seen Wickes buyback over 11.7 million shares to date. The cancellation of these shares will reduce the total number of voting rights, sharpening the focus on shareholder value.
