Wickes Group Plc has announced that Christopher Rogers, the Chair of its Board, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director and Chair-Elect of Mitie Group plc. This transition is set to take effect immediately, with Rogers assuming the role of Chair of the Board at Mitie following their AGM on 22 July 2025.
