West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (WST) has provided an update.
At the 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting held virtually on April 23, the attendees cast their votes on five key proposals after a shareholder proposal was withdrawn due to redundancy. A significant 91.76% of shareholders participated, either virtually or by proxy, to decide on crucial matters such as electing directors, executive compensation, and amending the articles of incorporation. Changes to the supermajority transaction and amendment requirements were approved, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent public accounting firm for the fiscal year.
