Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. has announced the retirement of Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Healthcare, John Driscoll, effective around April 1, 2024. Driscoll has entered into a consulting agreement to continue working with the company part-time until November 1, 2024, for $40,000 a month while his equity awards vest. He will be eligible for a pro-rated annual bonus for 2024 and receive retirement vesting treatment for his equity awards after his consulting term concludes.
