Calvin Koonce is set to retire from the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual Meeting after a notable thirty-two-year tenure, with no disagreements influencing his decision. Concurrently, the Board will be downsized by one member. Meanwhile, Chad M. Wheeler plans to step down as Group President for the Fleet Segment later in the year, continuing in his current capacity until then, and will subsequently assist with the transition. His departure, like Mr. Koonce’s retirement, is unconnected to the Company’s internal matters.
