Vizsla Silver Completes $34.5M Financing Deal

Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSE:VZLA) has released an update.

Vizsla Silver Corp. successfully completed a $34.5 million financing deal with the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, selling 23 million common shares at $1.50 each. The deal was led by PI Financial Corp. and included several other notable financial institutions as underwriters. The funds raised will be primarily used for the advancement of Vizsla Silver’s Panuco Project in Mexico, as well as for general corporate purposes.
